    •    Evidence of Damage: Clear photos or videos of the damaged product must be submitted to our customer service team at Contactus@teeka.store within the 14-day window.

3. Refund Details
    •    Product Refund Only: Refunds cover the cost of the product excluding shipping fees.
    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:
    •    Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
    •    Change of mind after purchase.
    •    Damage reported after the 14-day window.
    •    Products that have been used, tampered with, or are not in their original packaging.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:
    1.    Email us at Contactus@teeka.store with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue.
    2.    Our team will review your submission and respond within 3-5 business days.

6. Additional Information
    •    Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us if a return is required.
    •    Refunds are processed once the damaged product is received and inspected.
